Project Development Stages
Hatch uses a six-stage project development process to see the ideas people bring us to fruition. The six stages are embedded in our business model so that projects undergo a full lifecycle of development. On average, the process enables each project to fully develop and become a startup social venture in two years. Our Board of Directors tracks the progress of each project through all six stages to ensure that the project is viable and continues to meet our mission before moving forward to the next stage.
Stage One: Feasibility and Needs Assessment
Stage Two: Research & Development
Stage Three: Implementation and Pilot
Stage Four: Monitoring & Evaluation
Stage Five: Project Improvement
Stage Six: Project Scaling
