Zora was adopted on August 15th 2009 by Lyndsey Madden and her partner- here in Lyndsey's own words is Zora's happy ending:

We are very pleased to have adopted Zora following a very quick try as foster parents. This didn’t last long as we instantly fell in love with her and completely adore her! S.A.D has done an amazing job of training her and caring for her. She is well behaved and fully toilet trained.

Zora is a wonderful dog, who has the best nature both my husband and I have ever seen! She loves to have attention but equally does not complain when we are busy in the apartment; she just sits and watches us from her basket!

We love having her with us and it has inspired us to get some more exercise, through her 3 daily walks. This is something we have been meaning to do for a long-time, but now we actually enjoy the exercise with Zora on board! People comment on how lovely Zora is and stop to stroke her. Initially she was quite nervous outdoors, but is gaining confidence everyday!

Having a dog is a responsibility, but the joy and love they bring outweighs anything else! Thank you to S.A.D for caring and rehabilitating the animals in Abu Dhabi, who people have neglected or abandoned! It’s upsetting to think where these precious animals would be without the wonderful team at S.A.D. Zora makes every day a happy day and is an asset to our family! Thank you S.A.D for bringing a special dog like Zora to our lives!
